You receive the proposal

Before anything starts you receive a clear proposal outlining everything included, the timeline, and the investment. When you are ready sign and submit and we begin.

You complete the assessment

35 questions across all five dimensions of your client experience. Be honest. The more real you are the more useful everything that follows becomes. Plan for about 60 minutes.

The discovery session

We get on a call for one to two hours and go through your answers together. By the end of this call we both know exactly what your assessment is telling us and where we start.

Report preparation

Everything from your assessment and your discovery call goes into building your Baseline Report. Six deliverables, all specific to your business. Delivered to your portal within seven business days.

Report walkthrough

We get back on a call for 60 minutes and walk through everything together. Where you are now. What is working. What has room to grow. What to focus on first. You leave with full clarity and a clear path forward.
